Registration Fees in DKK

*Please be reminded that as a PhD student you must register for the PhD course "High end flow cytometry and data analysis" no later than 1 April 2025 and it is mandatory to submit an abstract and bring a poster for the meeting. https://phdcourses.ku.dk/DetailKursus.aspx?id=112108&sitepath=SUND

**It is mandatory for PhD students to register for the conference no later than 26th of May 2025.

Included in the registration fees:

• Access to all sessions
• Refreshments and lunch during the conference. 

• On the last day of the conference, Grab-and-Go sandwiches will be available for lunch. To minimize food waste, please let us know during registration if you would like to have one.

• Social programme activities are subject to a separate fee.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods are EAN-invoice (only for Danish attendees) or credit card payment. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation policy:

Full cancellation and amendments of your participation must be e-mailed to the NFCM Congress Secretariat at NFCM2025@kongreskompagniet.dk

Registration fees:

• Until 1 July 2025 – Full refund less an administration fee of DKK500
• After 1 July 2025 – No refunds
