These booths are located to maximize interaction with conference participants during morning, lunch, and coffee breaks. Additionally, a two-hour poster session will also take place in the lobby.


Includes:

  • One conference table and two chairs, with electricity and WiFi

  • Access to all lectures for one person, including full catering at the venue (Congress dinner DKK 900 excl. VAT, is not included)

  • Display of your logo in the abstract book (web-based), on the conference website and in the auditorium during the welcome and breaks

  • Interaction with 250-300 participants primarily from the Nordic countries


Cost for additional persons:

  • Access to the lobby and all lectures including catering (coffee + snacks, and lunch): 2,000 DKK excl. VAT

COMPANY SPEED TALKS

These 4-minute presentations will take place in the afternoon of day 1 and in the morning of day 2. The primary objective is to capture the audience’s attention and drive traffic to your booth.


  • Audience engagement measured by the volume of applause, with an exciting prize for the winner


Do's:

  • Incorporate entertainment such as poems, pictures, songs, a brief movie, or a quick contest to bring attention to your news on instruments, assays, and services
  • Use catchy phrases to make a lasting impression
  • Feel free to use AI


Don'ts:

  • Avoid lengthy slides on assays or instruments; save these details for your booth
  • Refrain from discussing company history or similar
