We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Nordic Flow Cytometry Meeting taking place at the Panum Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark, from August 20 – 22, 2025. This event is jointly hosted by the Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish Societies for Flow Cytometry and the program features skilled speakers from around the world.

EXHIBITION BOOTH

These booths are located to maximize interaction with conference participants during morning, lunch, and coffee breaks. Additionally, a two-hour poster session will also take place in the lobby.

Includes:

• One conference table and two chairs, with electricity and WiFi

• Access to all lectures for one person, including full catering at the venue (Congress dinner DKK 900 excl. VAT, is not included)

• Display of your logo in the abstract book (web-based), on the conference website and in the auditorium during the welcome and breaks

• Interaction with 250-300 participants primarily from the Nordic countries

COMPANY SPEED TALKS

These 4-minute presentations will take place in the afternoon of day 1 and in the morning of day 2. The primary objective is to capture the audience’s attention and drive traffic to your booth.

• Audience engagement measured by the volume of applause, with an exciting prize for the winner
  

Do's:

• Incorporate entertainment such as poems, pictures, songs, a brief movie, or a quick contest to bring attention to your news on instruments, assays, and services
• Use catchy phrases to make a lasting impression
• Feel free to use AI

Don'ts:

• Avoid lengthy slides on assays or instruments; save these details for your booth
• Refrain from discussing company history or similar

LUNCH SPONSORSHIP

  Your company logo will be displayed by the lunch buffet and on the conference website.
